“The Coming Disruption of Global Financial Networks.” David Bernard talks about the current state of the movement of money around the world, especially by lower income people, macro trends that are shaping the future, and how innovators and startups are creating a data-rich paradigm shift in global money transfers. For those fighting against the financing of criminal and terror financial networks worldwide, there are opportunities to get ahead of the problem rather than being in a position of constant reaction. www.linkedin.com/in/davebernard
In preparation for the InfraGard National Leaders Workshop and National Congress in Leesburg, VA on 7-8 September, the Chapter meeting will provide the opportunity to make your voice heard. We will focus on capturing your information requirements, concerns and issues for presentation in a variety of venues throughout the course of the Workshop and Congress.
September 17-18 is the Southeast Information Sharing Initiative in Atlanta. There is no cost to attend this training hosted by the FBI (both Cyber and WMD) and the Naval Post Graduate School, but you MUST register for this training on the InfraGard network. The registration requires you to put in a user name and password that you will find in the PDF on the Atlanta chapter page with additional ISI information.
You will not be able to just show up for this training without registering.

What is InfraGard?
At its most basic level, InfraGard is a partnership between the FBI and the private sector. InfraGard is an association of businesses, academic institutions, state and local law enforcement agencies, and other participants dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the United States. InfraGard Chapters are geographically linked with FBI Field Office territories. Each InfraGard Chapter has an FBI Special Agent Coordinator assigned to it, and the FBI Coordinator works closely with Supervisory Special Agent Program Managers in the Cyber Division at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C.

Get Local. Get Involved.
It’s time to “get local.” This is your country, your town, and it’s filled with people you know. Membership is free, and your commitment to learning and connecting with InfraGard members is a great way help keep America safe to enjoy the freedom we hold dear.
We are working to provide Atlanta InfraGard members with quality programs, to further the mission of protecting our critical infrastructure. Get involved. Act locally to help keep our infrastructure strong. -Your IAMA Leadership
