Principles of Mitigating the Active Killer – an Israeli Perspective: How the cyber community can implement principles that were developed for operating against violent physical threats. Presented by Ariel Siegelman, President of The Draco Group, LLC, a corporate and VIP security consulting firm. Siegelman is a Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Council certified firearms and Defensive Tactics instructor with extensive experience in domestic and international security projects. He will present methods developed by the Israelis to both prevent high violence and minimize damage if an attack occurs. Siegelman takes the Run, Hide, Fight training a step further by providing real-life tactical response options for anyone who finds himself or herself in an active killer situation. Transitioning to Self Protection. Presented by Bradley Lide, Director of Business Enablement for SertintyONE, a provider of innovative solutions to maintain control and integrity of client data. Lide is a former President of a local InfraGard Chapter and member of the InfraGard National Board of Directors. Lide has 35 years of experience in IT and physical security. He will discuss the Advent of self-protecting self Governing data. He will explore why there is a need to transition to self-protection as well as the benefits for corporations and consumers.
