Bruno is a Director and Market Leader with PwC’s Cybersecurity and Privacy practice based in Atlanta, GA. With over twenty-one years of experience, both nationally and internationally, in cybersecurity and IT risk management and transformation, Bruno helps Fortune 500 organizations navigate and address cybersecurity, IT and governance risks resulting in improved business performance and value.
Bruno focuses in emerging technology and digital risks by working with the Board and C-level suite tackle information security as a business issue and to improve the organization’s defensible posture against emerging threats. Bruno has a strong background in assessing and implementing cybersecurity, privacy, IT risk, business resiliency, vendor risk, and data protection programs. Bruno also leads teams in penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, secure adoption of Cloud based solutions, and helps organizations implement and assess against various security, regulatory and compliance requirements, such as NIST, ISO27001/2, GDPR, PCI, ISF, and HIPAA.
Bruno is a proven practice leader, currently Board President for the FBI’s InfraGard Atlanta Members Alliance, has published thought leadership, and is a frequent speaker at various professional associations. Lastly, Bruno has significant experience in the supervision of large scale IT initiatives, and advisory oversight of technology integration engagements.
Prior to joining PwC, Bruno served as an Information Security and IT Risk advisor and competency leader in EY’s Advisory practice and in Andersen’s (formerly Arthur Andersen) Business Consulting practice, and in the Global Technology Integration Services group in Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he had lead application and data architecture design and development responsibilities nationally.
IAMA Vice President: Thomas Dager
VP, Enterprise Security, Worldpay
A strategic thinker with deep technical and broad business skills, Thomas heads enterprise security for the Americas for Worldpay. In this capacity he leads a team of dedicated professionals focused on the cyber and physical security of Worldpay information, people and resources. With over 15 years of experience dedicated to information security Thomas has demonstrated experience in defining and deploying cyber security strategies and programs for large and complex organizations.
During his career he has led information security organizations across multiple industries, providing strategic direction and oversight that supported board derived business objectives while remaining in compliance to regulatory and industry standards such as PCI, GLBA, NIST, and ISO 27000.
He attended Clayton University where he obtained a Bachelors of Information Technology and holds multiple industry certifications including CISSP, CISM, and SANS. He is also a member of the Delta Community Credit Union Supervisory Committee and a board member of the National Technology Security Coalition.
IAMA Secretary: Tom Philpot
Corporate Security Manager, UPS
Tom Philpot is the Corporate Security Manager for the UPS Corporate campuses located in Atlanta. His roles include oversight of three corporate campuses, the UPS Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) and Commodity Verification Programs. He also serves as the liaison for government and law enforcement relationships. During his time at the corporate office, Tom was instrumental in the development and deployment of the Insider Threat and Workplace Violence training programs. Tom has served in several security roles throughout his career with responsibilities over 11 states, overseeing security for distribution and logistics, freight forwarding, cargo screening, transportation, and healthcare. He obtained his Bachelors of Science in Management from Shorter University and is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Air Force.
IAMA Treasurer: Bill Morrison
Principle, Cyber Defense, GE Healthcare
Bill is currently employed by the healthcare business line of a Fortune 10 multinational,working on the engineering, implementation, and deployment of security controls and processes for healthcare products and systems. Previously, Bill spent 3 years with the nations largest not-for-profit healthcare system leading their Incident Response program, and over 22 years with a Fortune 15 company as an Information Security & Compliance Officer for their Pharma & high-tech manufacturing customers, providing services in Information Security, Threat & Vulnerability Assessment, Incident Management, and information security policies and standards. Bill also served as the senior incident handler/investigator on the Corporate IT Security Incident Response Team, and also served as a senior member of the IT Threat Analysis and Response team.
Bill is a current member of ISSA, ISACA, and Infragard. Bill has completed certifications for the (ISC)2 CISSP, SANS Incident Handler (GCIH) and Forensics Analyst (GCFA) certifications, as well as ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).

Katie has over 20 years of experience in the field of information security. Her experience includes various industries such as healthcare, financial services, consulting, retail and telecommunications. She has held roles such as Identity and Access Management program development, security architecture and engineering and most recently cybersecurity program management. Over the past 17 years Katie has enjoyed being an active member of the information security community in Atlanta. Over the past 10 years, she has enjoyed being a member of the Atlanta InfraGard Members Alliance. Her experience includes attaining several industry certifications including a CISSP from 2000, CISA from 2003 and CISM from 2008. She is passionate about business enablement, industry collaboration and program execution. She is not afraid to roll up her sleeves, dig into the problems and work with the team to achieve critical objectives.

Over 15 years of leading teams focused on risk management, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, governance, and regulatory compliance. An author of DHS and NIST cyber security guidelines, including the NIST Cyber Security Framework.
He demonstrates effective leadership and enthusiasm via service as an officer in industry organizations, university board, and influencing federal and state legislative plans. Establishes strong relationships with industry to provide companies with a voice in policy making and ability to leverage partnerships for solutions. Strength in value to business process and management utilizing my team development, recruiting, technical background, business delivery, and communication skills. Justin Orcutt is a member of NCC Group’s North American Assurance Practice. Prior to joining NCC Group Justin worked with a large national security and compliance firm. For the past several years Justin has worked with Fortune 500 companies to help design, implement, and validate IT security systems.
Justin is actively involved in the Atlanta chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and the Information System Security Association (ISSA). Justin is Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). Justin currently serves as Board of Advisor for Gwinnett Tech Cybersecurity Program and Board of Directors for TAG Young Professionals Society.

FBI Special Agent James “Mark” Harless
SA Harless has been a Federal Law Enforcement Officer for 24 years, including 3 years as a Special Agent with The U.S. Air Force Office Of Special Investigation (AFOSI), and 21 years as a Special Agent with the FBI. SA Harless has over 11 years of leadership experience as an FBI Supervisor, and has a broad law enforcement background in matters involving public corruption, white collar crime, healthcare fraud, gangs, drug trafficking, money laundering, intellectual property rights, and counterterrorism. SA Harless earned a Master of Science Degree from The Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Belmont University. In 2008, SA Harless was the recipient of the FBI Director’s Award for Special Achievement, and in 2009 he received the FBI Director’s Award for Excellence in Investigation.
