Phillip Mahan. Phillip is the Director of Risk Services for Williams & Garcia, LLC. In this role, Phillip provides Privacy and Security solutions internally and to Clients. In his career in Privacy and Security, he has worked in various business sectors including Retail, Petrochemical, Insurance, Finance, and Communications. Phillip also serves on the Board of Directors for the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association; is the 2011 President of the Atlanta Chapter of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association, and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, and the American Society for Digital Forensics and EDiscovery. hughes.mahan@infragard.org
InfraGard Coordinator: Sally Heintz
SA Sally Heintz received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Northern Illinois University.Following graduation, she began her employment with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the Crime Lab as a Biological Sciences Technician in the Serology Unit.After completion of New Agents training class, she was assigned to the Atlanta Division of the FBI and has been in Atlanta since 1987.SA Heintz has been involved in several major cases in the Atlanta Division, to include the Cuban takeover of the United States Penitentiary in Atlanta, the mail bombing cases involving Roy Moody, and the Olympic park bombing.
SA Heintz has worked property crimes, violent crimes, special operations and both domestic and international terrorism. For the last 6 years, SA Heintz has been the InfraGard Coordinator for Atlanta and the regional InfraGard coordinator for the Southeast region.

Director at Large: Lynn Goodendorf
Lynn Goodendorf, CIPP, CISSP, is VP- Data Privacy Services at VerSprite LLC. Lynn brings a strategic and risk-based perspective to information security and data privacy with over 22 years of executive leadership in technology and risk management. Lynn’s pragmatic and cost-effective strategies have earned her industry-wide recognition; she has testified for the U.S. Federal Trade Commission regarding best practices in information security, served on the U.S. technical advisory group to the ISO/IEC international standards sub-committee for security techniques resulting in the updated ISO 27002, and been appointed as an independent expert by ICANN for policy review. Lynn was one of the first corporate chief privacy officers and has authored privacy policies published in multiple languages. Her work in the United States, China, Australia, Canada, Mexico, and Europe make her uniquely qualified to speak on global IT platforms regarding data security and regulations. Lynn’s specialized focuses include ISO 27002, PCI-DSS, US NIST SP 800 Series, HIPAA and the HITECH Act. Lynn graduated from St. Cloud State University and continued her executive education at Emory University, Georgia Institute of Technology, and the SANS Institute.
Director at Large (Membership): Scott Woodison
Scott serves as the Director, Compliance and Enterprise Risk in the Office of Internal Audit and Compliance, Board of Regents, University System of Georgia. In this position, he is responsible for assisting University System of Georgia (USG) management in the development and enforcement of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and contract/grant provisions. He also manages the Ethics Hotline and leads investigations within the system. Scott also has responsibility for the Enterprise Risk Management program across the USG. In this role he is responsible for the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management program. This program helps ensure the proper identification, management and measurement of risk across the system.Scott previously was the Director of IT Audit within the Office of Internal Audit and Compliance.Prior to joining the University System, Scott served as the Director of Systems Security and the Enterprise Security Strategist for the CheckFree Corporation, Norcross, GA. Scott has previously held senior management and technical positions in the consulting and security field with IBM, Hitachi, MCI and EDS.Scott has been named as a nominee for the Information Security Executive of the Year for the Southeast (2005, 2006 & 2007) and for the State of Georgia (2004). He is a founding member of the Atlanta InfraGard chapter and is on the Board of Directors and also serves as its membership chairman. Scott is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy and is the recipient of two Exceptional Service Awards from the Federal Bureau of Investigation for his work with InfraGard and Homeland Security in Georgia.
Scott holds a BSEE and MBA from the University of Michigan as well as certification as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Trevor Horwitz has over twenty years IT security, audit, and management experience. Trevor is the founder and CEO of TrustNet, a provider of on-demand IT security and compliance products and services. His clients include public and private clients of all sizes across numerous industries in the US, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia. Prior to TrustNet he was the CEO of Reflex Systems, a pioneer in network intrusion prevention and virtualization security. He gained extensive audit and IT security experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Atlanta, Georgia and at Fisher Hoffman Stride in Johannesburg, South Africa. Trevor is a PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA). As a member of the PCI Security Council’s SIG’s Trevor plays an active role in defining PCI data security standards for virtualization and cloud security. Trevor is a past Executive Board member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Atlanta. He is a frequent guest speaker at industry and professional events including RSA Conference, Software Process Improvement Network, Emory University Goizueta Business School, ISACA, and numerous webinars hosted by VMware, Sipera, and Cisco.
Trevor holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa with a triple major in Information Systems, Accounting, and Business Law.
