Phillip Mahan.  Phillip is the Director of Risk Services for Williams & Garcia, LLC. In this role, Phillip provides Privacy and Security solutions internally and to Clients. In his career in Privacy and Security, he has worked in various business sectors including Retail, Petrochemical, Insurance, Finance, and Communications. Phillip also serves on the Board of Directors for the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association; is the 2011 President of the Atlanta Chapter of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association, and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, and the American Society for Digital Forensics and EDiscovery.  hughes.mahan@infragard.org

Michelle Griffith is the Director of the Information Security Officer team at First Data. She has several years experience managing information security operations at companies such as ChoicePoint and SunTrust bank. Michelle has also provided consulting expertise as a Manager with Deloitte, designing information security and privacy assessment programs for the federal government. Michelle has published several articles in information security and financial magazines and has served on the board of directors for metro Atlanta ISSA and ISFA.Michelle maintains her CISSP, CIPP/G, CGEIT and CISM certifications.

InfraGard Coordinator: Sally Heintz

SA Sally Heintz received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Northern Illinois University.Following graduation, she began her employment with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the Crime Lab as a Biological Sciences Technician in the Serology Unit.After completion of New Agents training class, she was assigned to the Atlanta Division of the FBI and has been in Atlanta since 1987.SA Heintz has been involved in several major cases in the Atlanta Division, to include the Cuban takeover of the United States Penitentiary in Atlanta, the mail bombing cases involving Roy Moody, and the Olympic park bombing.

SA Heintz has worked property crimes, violent crimes, special operations and both domestic and international terrorism. For the last 6 years, SA Heintz has been the InfraGard Coordinator for Atlanta and the regional InfraGard coordinator for the Southeast region.

Director at Large: Lynn Goodendorf

Ms. Lynn Goodendorf is the owner and CEO of a consulting practice, Good Security Consulting LLC focused on risk-based strategies and services for data privacy and security programs.Ms. Goodendorf has authored privacy policies published on global, multi-lingual websites. She has designed and implemented security awareness and training programs. And she has led cross-functional response teams for personal data loss incidents requiring consumer notification.Ms. Goodendorf has given testimony at the US Federal Trade Commission regarding best practices in information security. She served on the US technical advisory group to the ISO/IEC international standards sub-committee for security techniques for three years to contribute to the update of the ISO 17799 standard to ISO 27002.Ms. Goodendorf is currently serving as an independent expert for ICANN on the Whois Policy Review Team. She is also a member of the ICANN Advisory Group for High Security Top Level Domains.

Ms. Goodendorf is an active member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) and has served as a Board Director in her local chapter and as a volunteer instructor for CISSP study sessions. She is an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and has served as a past Co-Chair of the IAPP Atlanta KnowledgeNet.

Ms. Goodendorf is committed to community service and contributed five years of Board service to a non-profit children’s hospital. She is currently the Board VP of the YWCA of Atlanta (www.ywcaatlanta.org)

Director at Large (Membership): Scott Woodison

Scott serves as the Director, Compliance and Enterprise Risk in the Office of Internal Audit and Compliance, Board of Regents, University System of Georgia. In this position, he is responsible for assisting University System of Georgia (USG) management in the development and enforcement of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and contract/grant provisions. He also manages the Ethics Hotline and leads investigations within the system. Scott also has responsibility for the Enterprise Risk Management program across the USG. In this role he is responsible for the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management program. This program helps ensure the proper identification, management and measurement of risk across the system.Scott previously was the Director of IT Audit within the Office of Internal Audit and Compliance.Prior to joining the University System, Scott served as the Director of Systems Security and the Enterprise Security Strategist for the CheckFree Corporation, Norcross, GA. Scott has previously held senior management and technical positions in the consulting and security field with IBM, Hitachi, MCI and EDS.Scott has been named as a nominee for the Information Security Executive of the Year for the Southeast (2005, 2006 & 2007) and for the State of Georgia (2004). He is a founding member of the Atlanta InfraGard chapter and is on the Board of Directors and also serves as its membership chairman. Scott is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy and is the recipient of two Exceptional Service Awards from the Federal Bureau of Investigation for his work with InfraGard and Homeland Security in Georgia.

Scott holds a BSEE and MBA from the University of Michigan as well as certification as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Vice President of Programs: James Baird

James Baird is Vice President of Information Security for Prommis Solutions, LLC; a national leader in default services. In his role, James is focused on building and strengthening the Information Security Management System, including the corporate Privacy Program, Fraud Detection program, Regulatory and Contractual Compliance program, and the Continuity Management program for the company. James also manages the corporate Facility management group which includes physical security and corporate real estate functions in addition to day-to-day operations for 1,700 employees across the US.James is currently the Vice President of Programs for the InfraGard Atlanta Members Alliance and a member in good standing of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and he has a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Capitol College.
